Other Requirements

The applicant must be currently enrolled in the programme, and must have been a Candy Striper for a minimum of 2 years.  He/she must show official notification of acceptance to Bermuda College, a Senior year of college preparation in Bermuda, or an accredited institution of higher learning abroad.  A hard copy application must be completed and submitted.  Forms can be obtained from the Hospitals Auxiliary of Bermuda office at King Edward VIII Memorial Hospital.  The following documents must be submitted with the application: a) letter of recommendation from a Guidance Counsellor, Head Master, Principal or Head Teacher; b) official up to date transcript; c) complete autobiographical information.
