OIL Group Scholarship Awards provide an opportunity for outstanding Bermudian students to pursue their dreams in higher education abroad. Applications are for two one-year scholarships, valued at $20,000 each. These scholarships will be awarded based on academic achievement, strength of character and leadership qualities.  Applicants must have completed two years of College/University to be eligible.

    OIL Group Scholarship Awards provide an opportunity for outstanding Bermudian students to pursue their dreams in higher education abroad. These scholarships will be awarded based on academic achievement, strength of character and leadership qualities.  Applicants must have completed two years of College/University to be eligible.

    Other Requirements

    - Completed signed application form; - Birth Certificate; - Proof of registration as a Bermudian; - Evidence of secondary school and current university, if applicable, current and past academic performance, including subjects and grades with certificates; - A one page resume of your life/work experiences to date - References from three sources, including one academic reference, but excluding relatives; - Written submission stating career ambitions, civic and extra-curricular activities and why candidate should be awarded the scholarship; - Letter of acceptance from an accredited university or college, if available. - Candidate may not hold another award for equal or greater value for the same award period.
